      Back in early 1980, a young hypnotherapist contacted me about breakthroughs he achieved with numerous champs using hypnosis. The Mr. America and Mr. Universe names he dropped were impressive, and after speaking with several of his clients, I asked him to write an article about his methods so more athletes and bodybuilders could benefit.
