    Welcome to the beginning of a truly wonderful transformation.  Steadily, surely and consistently, you're about to cultivate dynamic confidence and power in your life.  Keep your mind open and your conviction to succeed at its peak.  This is how you'll glean the most profound results possible.  Let's begin!

            If we were to break down and examine facets of life in one who is truly confident, we'd see a similar pattern.  Positive expectancy, sureness, a strong sense of competence, a willingness to engage life knowing you'll efficiently handle all situations you encounter -- these are the hallmarks of true confidence—the confidence rooted in profound self-belief, a connection with your inner strength, and realizing a decisive capacity for resourcefulness.

            This is the type of inner/outer self-generation you're now about to begin, and continue developing.

            Confidence can (and usually does) mean many different things to different people.  My perception of and approach to confidence has always entailed one central theme -- a deep sense of, embrace of, and spontaneous living/performing fueled by a commanding sense of power.

            This sense of power is experienced and expressed in different contexts by different people.  For example:

·        It may take the form of the sureness of a mother's voice as she advises her 16 year-old daughter on the difference between sex and love.

·        It may take the form of the command physical presence a major league batter projects at the plate, knowing he'll get a hit ... and then he does.

“If only I could feel decisive and in command, then I could weigh all the options, come to a
 specific decision, and do what was right for me.”  

            “If only I felt that sensation of capability and of being in control, then I’d act swiftly and purposefully, and could create a substantive – and successful – result.”

            “If only I could feel positive expectancy, then I’d be able to see the sure success I want in my mind, and I’d naturally take the risks I had to – holding my faith – and I’d achieve the impact I really feel I’m capable of.”

            “If only I could feel dignity, importance and self worth, then I would stand up and say what I really felt, and I’d let the world know who I really am¾instead of playing the role of inhibited, cautious reservist that I constantly do (but thoroughly despise).”

            We’re all prone to think this way from time to time; we all at one time or another have desired a fuller and stronger level of specific feeling we sensed we needed so as to perform more effectively.  But for many, receiving the answer to this “If only I sensed and experienced more    “X”   then I’d…” state occurs all too infrequently, especially during times when confidence is essential in order to complete a certain task, or achieve a specific desired result.

FACTOR #1:

YOU CAN DO IT – YOU HAVE DONE IT! 

Extracting The Energy Of Personal Power From Your Memory, And Using
This Life Enriching Fuel, Now!

Really think for a moment here:

·        Has there ever been a time when you did something you either never had, or never thought you could, something which amazed and delighted you and perhaps shocked others?  Of course there has been!

·        Has there ever been a time when whether through survival need or extreme purpose, you acted 10 times bigger than you normally do (and seemingly did the work of 10 others), acting purposefully and heroically, and achieving exactly what was necessary?  Of course there has been!

·        Have you ever thought you didn’t know something, but as you engaged a situation found not only that you did, but you knew more – more deeply, profoundly, thoroughly, and comprehensively – than you ever realized?

Of course you have!

·        Have you ever reacted to an extreme challenge, whether a crisis, demand, deadline, or ultimatum in business, academics, athletics, familial, social, or interpersonal situations by:

- Kicking into “high gear” spontaneously and naturally.

      - Then, automatically and instinctively mobilizing necessary resources.

- Then, coordinating and orchestrating their implementation and procession.

- Then, sustaining the staying power and focus to keep each resource

   explicitly directed toward producing a specific target result.

- Then, ultimately triumphing (even in the face of this challenge others

  would label as an uncontestable adversity, or even “impossible”).

BUILDING SUPER CONFIDENCE
FACTOR #2:   

INGESTING A MENTAL BREAKFAST
 OF CHAMPIONS TO START YOUR DAY

            Now that you’ve established your personal power energy anchor, we’ll program this as the emotional foundation upon which the following Super Confidence Factors #’s 2-7 will rest.

            Steadily, as you progress through this program, you’ll be connecting this energy to the whole of your life, having it as the driving force from which your thoughts, feelings and actions are generated.

            A targeted analogy here is you’ll now be regularly putting super octane gas in your “tank,” so your engine performs at its peak…consistently!

            And so, our Super Confidence Factor #2 is to pre-program your day so expressing – and experiencing – confidence impact becomes the ideal which moves you out into life.

 

FOOD FOR THOUGHT ¾ THOUGHTS ARE “FOOD”

            What food is to your body, thoughts are to your mind.  The type of food you eat affects your physical health, your appearance and your physical functioning.  In a similar way, thoughts affect your mental health, and your mental functioning.

            Essentially, thoughts act as the “engineer” of a train, moving it down the specific tracks which are in line with their context.  Indeed, your thoughts direct and affect your daily life progression. 

            And so, let’s poignantly illustrate this thoughts-directing life progression concept.  Let’s first take a look at someone who experiences considerably less from his life than he’d like.  And let’s see if there’s something about him which results in (and reinforces) his situation.

CHAPTER 4

BUILDING SUPER CONFIDENCE
FACTOR #3: 

PRIMING YOUR MIND WITH
EMPOWERING POSITIVE EXPECTANCY

            Now that you’ve set the internal stage with the confidence affinity, you’ll reinforce it before you exit your home to begin your day.

            I want you to mentally carry the most positive, empowering ideas out into your day so your whole outlook is painted with the color range of confidence.

            We’ll accomplish this through the following.  Five minutes before you leave your home to begin your day, go through the following process:

1.)        Sit comfortably and take measures to prevent distractions (i.e., take your phone off the hook, turn your t.v./radio off, hang a Do Not Disturb sign, tell your spouse/kids to give you 5 minutes of self-time, etc.).

2.)        Take 3 l-o-n-g, d-e-e-p breaths, inhaling through your nostrils, and easily exhaling through your mouth.

3.)        “Fire” your personal power energy anchor (clench your right fist hard, breathe exactly as personal power breathes, and mentally repeat your keyword 3 consecutive times).  This will spontaneously activate the specific energy of personal power to decisively surge through you. 

Then, holding your right fist comfortably clenched, thoughtfully read through Positive Expectancy Priming Script A – idea by idea – seeing, sensing, feeling and perceptually embracing its meaning as you progress through each paragraph.

Read it slowly and decisively, being sure to f-e-e-l each idea as well as mentally understanding and embracing it (when you’ve completed reading through this Script A, then read through Script E:  Daily Power Guide Integration Ideals.)

CHAPTER 5

BUILDING SUPER CONFIDENCE
FACTOR #4:

STRENGTHENING AND REINFORCING FEELINGS OF CONFIDENCE THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY

            Now that your personal power energy anchor is set within you, and you’ve primed yourself with confidence before arising, and have filled yourself with confidence bolstering ideals before leaving your home, you’ll now take the next confidence building step.

            Here, at various times during your day, you’ll take measures to strengthen and reinforce your base of confidence.  This is so you remain connected with the sensory factors which incite feelings of power, ability, and positive expectancy.

            You can effectively look at this Factor #4 as a mini-confidence building “work-out,” through which you continue to evolve confidence as a natural life propensity.

            You’ll purposefully keep yourself “pumped,” and will continue to bring forth the empowering feeling of confidence.  Actually, through this Factor you’re conditioning your unconscious to process, interpret and respond strictly from the premise of confidence, much as you’d continue to develop and strengthen a muscle when you trained it in a gym.

            Training, conditioning, building and evolving…keeping your confidence in “peak neurological shape” – taking measures to develop it even more-so so it’s impact comes to color your whole existence, and its scope comes to characterize your individual identity!

            And just like physically developing a muscle, your results won’t be gleaned from once in a while, or inconsistent efforts.  Only regular application and purposeful effort will serve to develop confidence to the fullest and most life empowering levels it can become for you.

CHAPTER 6

BUILDING SUPER CONFIDENCE
FACTOR #5: 

PRE-ACTIVITY

MEGA-CONFIDENCE PRIMING

            As you think back over the times you took charge and acted superlatively within a situation, consider the following:  Were you prepared and emotionally ready before your involvement?  Or, did you just spontaneously – with little or no preparation – engage the activity?
           
Chances are, in some way and to some degree, you had prepared yourself.  And this sense of readiness bolstered your confidence, gave you direction and purpose, and served to emotionally prime you to express efficiency and dynamism.

           
Now, I’m not saying there haven’t been times when, without preparing yourself, you spontaneously engaged a situation and did exceedingly well.  In fact, when an entire pro team brings me in to work with their players, many times I must spontaneously handle situations that arise unexpectedly – especially during games.

            I always do well with handling the need, even in these sudden demand situations.  But when I know what’s coming, and can fully prepare myself mentally, emotionally and procedurally (organizing the specific processes I’ll use)¾that’s when I produce the most profound player results (in terms of mental strengthening and decided performance enhancement).

            As often as possible, I inwardly prepare myself before I engage a performance demanding situation.  This ensures that my confidence is at its peak, and I have a mental game plan enabling me to help a client achieve a breakthrough, or internally set himself as he must to fully achieve a competitive outcome.

CHAPTER 7

BUILDING SUPER CONFIDENCE
FACTOR #6:
 

DAILY EMOTIONAL CLEARING:

Extracting The Good, And Rectifying the “Bad”

So Each Day Enriches You…Thoroughly!

            Your subconscious mind retains imprints of all your experiences – and I mean all.  Everything that happens to you each day becomes lodged within a neural pathway stored in your memory core.

            Many people just allow their day’s experiences to remain mentally positioned as they were actually experienced, making no effort to learn from and/or rectify them.  When they finish what they’d label as a tough or “bad” day, they’ll just say “Whew; I’m glad this day is over!”

            But the negative experiences they went through sink down subconsciously to reinforce some sort of limiting belief they’ll have about life’s possibilities, their ability, and their capacity to be effective within life (especially if/when they’ll come to face similar types of experiences).

            Left unchecked, these daily negative experiences literally strengthen ideas that problems, and in-ability will continue to be experienced.  These daily negatives root unconsciously and serve to steadily undermine a potential for high impact efficiency and success – a potential that would be more-so demonstrated if they were to recode their daily negatives.  Through this recoding, these negative experiences would then become teachers instead of remaining as “Boy, am I glad this is over” circumstances.

            I mean, think about it¾how many times have you just gone to sleep after a tough or unresourceful day only to awaken the next morning tired, and still thinking about the misfortune or discomfort you experienced the day before?

            Then, your today begins without you being fully recovered and feeling 100%; your today then suffers…doesn’t it!

PRE-SLEEP
CONFIDENCE CONDITIONING

            The final phase in your Building Super Confidence program is using your Personal Power/Confidence programming tape before you go to sleep at night.

            This tape contains 2 programs: 

Side A – Dynamic Self Confidence/Positive Self Image

Side B – The Best That You Can Be 

            I want you to alternate using Side A and Side B each night.  This is so you unconsciously reinforce both programs’ suggestions with regular frequency.

1.)        Be Appropriate In Your Boldness

            Here I suggest you express your newfound confidence initially within appropriate, manageable realms.

            You might feel you can climb “Mt. Everest” after reading and applying this program’s strategies.  But if you’ve never climbed a mountain before, start with a “small hill.”  Then, once you’ve decidedly conquered it, go on to a bigger hill, and so on, until you’ve gained the hands on experience letting you deeply sense you’re ready to challenge “Mt. Everest.”

            First, test and apply your boldness within what you feel/sense are manageable tasks.  Yes – do take calculated risks, and endeavor to engage situations which are slightly more challenging than you’d usually endeavor.

            But ease – progressively – yourself into full out boldness application, making sure your experience enables you to effectively tackle aspects your confidence moves you to feel/sense you’re ready for.

            This way you’ll keep going and growing, and will remain emotionally/spiritually empowered; you’ll engage tasks you desire to succeed with…knowing you can, sensing you should, determined that you will.  And you’ll go on to steadily strengthen your impact capacity and sense of future success capability when next you tackle higher threshold demands.

Truths About Yourself And Life
To Keep You Positive And Strong!

1.)        There exists for you infinite possibilities to be, become, and achieve your desire.  Your beliefs, and faith choices determine what possibilities become your probabilities.

2.)        There is a part of your natural make-up who can  a person who is smart, capable, creative, strong, and talented enough.  When you learn how to connect with this part of you, you naturally act to produce - and make your life - what you want it to be.

3.)        The feelings you embrace act either as a success fueling system, or a mediocrity maintenance system.  You can learn to choose - and infuse - those feelings which will encourage your advance, growth, and progression toward power; to the degree you live driven by these empowering feelings, will determine the degree your confidence and impact levels continue to move you ahead.

4.)        You are inherently supposed to grow, advance, evolve, and increase... coming to ultimately experience and demonstrate decisive levels of success and masterful individual creative expression.  This type and degree of success is supposed to then last, and define your whole being (looking at the overwhelming abundance and profuseness of nature, clearly confirms the preceding).

5.)        There is no one better than you; you can - and must - be the one who does for your life what is necessary to make what you want happen.  And as you come to further know yourself, you will instinctively know this to be true; you will then confidently turn to you to meet your needs, and overcome your obstacles.  You can do it, and you can learn to trust, and depend on...you!

6.)        When you awaken each morning, your day hasn't happened yet.  What you choose to think, feel, image, believe and expect will be the attractive and creative catalysts influencing what you will come to experience as your day unfolds.  

                        You can purposefully influence your internal dynamic so it is in direct line with stimulating goodness, richness, joy and success to come upon, and nourish...you!  

7.)        Doing your "homework" - fully - is the best way to ensure positive results characterize your outcomes.  Being truly wholly ready, and preparing yourself mentally and emotionally gives you the best possible chance to ultimately achieve the results you want— results which you definitively know someone like you is capable of.
